Ren’s Crafty Afternoons are hosted in my exclusive Facebook group, running regularly throughout the year. Dive into an eco-minded, supportive community that values sustainable crafting and celebrates the joy of supportive services and handmade goods.

How It Works
Choose Your Market Date: Sign up in advance for any of my scheduled Crafty Afternoons.
Prepare to Shine: Introduce yourself and your business in the group the night before the event.
Promote & Sell: On the sale day, post as much as you like using direct links to your shop.
Engage Your Audience: Invite at least 5 friends to the event to boost participation and be in the running for prizes!
Celebrate Sales: Connect with buyers, make sales, and build relationships that last beyond the event.
What’s Included with Your Stall Fee?
For just £5 per event, you’ll get:
Unlimited Posts: Promote your products or services as many times as you like during the event.
An Introduction Post: We’ll introduce you to the group to showcase your brand.
Promotional Support: This event will be promoted to my audience plus in other groups to drive traffic to the group.
Prizes & Perks: All sellers will have a chance to win free entries to future events and also a chance to have a free takeover day (held monthly) in the group.
Important Notes:
Applications and payments are due 24 hours before the event for stallholder fee only and 72 hours prior to the event for those wishing to have done for you posts to ensure these are agreed and scheduled in time for the event.
Stall fees are non-refundable within 1 day of the event (refunds are available earlier, minus any payment fees).
Copyrighted items are not permitted and will be declined to keep the event fair and respectful.
Any seller that has not signed up prior to the event, will be declined or removed.
Eco-Friendly Destash Events
In addition to our regular craft markets, I will be also hosting some destash events - perfect for clearing out unused stock, materials, or part-made projects. These events align with our commitment to sustainability and ensure nothing goes to waste.

Stall holders will not only have a chance to win free spot in the next months virtual sale, there will be a monthly spot light a "VIP Day - your chance to shine. Fancy having a takeover day in my Facebook group? It's ALL about YOU and your chance to shine! 🌟 Each month a seller will be picked at random to hold a day dedicated to their small business. Another great reason to sign up!

Short on time and not feeling confident with technology? Don’t worry, I offer a Done-for-You Posts Package! For just £10, I will take care of everything for you. This includes your stallholder fee and 5 customized posts to showcase your products or services during the event. I will work with you to discuss your offerings, and I’ll handle the rest to ensure your small business shines. It’s the perfect solution for busy crafters or anyone who wants to participate without the hassle of creating their own posts OR if short on time be reassured that posts will be scheduled and you can come in later or post a few more at your leisure.
